thanks bro!:) well... at first i just painted and clear coated my fan shroud. but i'm thinking about replacing it with a clear one so i can install like an led fan

like so. but other than that..... idk even how to hook up lights :( i'm guessing maybe cut into the power line, splice off of it, and run a copperwire around the system?

Oh the fan is sick. And I'm not even sure how you would hook the lights up. All else fails, google holds the key to all answers! hahah You definitely need to post the final results when youre all done!

What size HDD is it?

I DON't HAVE ONE! :O serously.... i just bought this system used and i don't have a hard drive yet... lol. but yeah bro, once i get everything completed i'll post some pics. i'm also starting to mod my friends systems (PS2 Slim, DSI XL, XBOX 360, computers and whatnot) so if you have any ideas for designs you think would look sweet, send em to me, thanks:)

If you are modding a DS then I say Zelda. Zelda and more Zelda. Those mods always look so freaking fresh.

PS3: Some crazy design with purple led lights in the casing.

Yea um, I literally dissected my Elite once it red-ringed on me - I managed to fix it a couple times and just play it without the outer/mid frame that microsoft stores the unit in, basicly all you saw was the cd drive, power unit, motherboard and power button hahaha - I've seen a few modded 360's where they get rid of the fans and use those power adapters for the lights

Nah, I got a Halo: Reach xbox - but it worked fine like it was, outside the case and what not - the disc would rotate without anything on top of it except the magnet
