My opinion? Why thank you for asking, I've been itching to share it.
Overall the game can be described as... solid.
Campaign started out slowly for me with that irritating deep 'Saw'-like voice. It eventually got better as it began to make sense. I think that if you paid enough attention, the whole 'Viktor Reznov' plot twist was rather predictable. Definitely a lot of interaction going on, a definite plus, and it got rid of those god-awful 'quote delays' whenever you died (Pssh not that I would know since I don't die... Ever).
The crown jewel of this game? I'd like to say customization. The implementation of CoD points answered my secret nerd wishes and the ability to 'wager' them in a match just accentuates the feature so much more. While I still wish that you could go as far as to further edit your own player, all the new systems are... badass.
However the entire experience isn't a completely positive transition from Modern Warfare 2 for myself. I feel like the graphics have downgraded. Furthermore in actual multiplayer, eliminating quickscoping and running dropshots were... disappointing. I mean I understand why they did it, I just wish that they didn't so I could get more nubkilz
On the whole actually, gameplay feels... just different. I can't tell if it's faster or slower, but it's adversely affecting my gameplay which results in my frustration and ragequitting.
On the other hand, Zombies is pretty badass. The default map that's unlocked is dark as heck so I don't really like it since I can't even see Zombies with my Light Sensitivity on Max, but Five is pretty cool. Dead Ops Arcade is also pretty entertaining. Not much to say overall on Zombies though, it's either you like it or you suck at it.
